Professional Planning Fees & Services

Our planning fees are a one-time payment per household per trip, payable after our Complimentary Intake Call.

 

Our fees allow us to plan, research, and book every element of your vacation while staying within your budget and in alignment with your personal travel style.

If you are not sure which package or a la carte option best suits your travels, please ask!

Fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Additional fees may apply for last-minute bookings and a la carte services.

  • Booking with Loyalty Program Points/Miles: $25/booking

  • Document Printing & Mailing (up to 25 pages): $25

  • Merging of self-booked items (i.e. excursions, flights) into our Digital App: starting at $25

  • Airline Ticketing* (when not part of a package)

    • US, Canada, Mexico & Caribbean Economy: $40/ticket

    • US, Canada, Mexico & Caribbean First Class: $75/ticket

    • International Economy: $60/ticket

*We do not work with discount airlines.
