Planning Fees

​We offer tailored recommendations, booking assistance, and dedicated support before and during your trip. Our planning fees are a one-time payment per household, per trip, and are due following your complimentary intake call.

This fee allows us to invest the time and expertise needed to thoughtfully research, design, and book a trip that reflects your unique travel style and budget.

Essential Package — From $250
With Concise Itinerary Support, Up to 7 nights, 1–2 locations, 2–4 travelers. Ideal for simpler getaways. -
Deluxe Package — From $500
Full-Service Planning, 8–14 nights, multiple destinations, activity coordination, curated options. Great for more involved trips. -
Premier Package — From $750
Our Premium Custom Experience, 5* properties or private villas, specialty experiences, and concierge-level planning with layered logistics.
Once we understand your travel goals and preferences, we’ll provide a personalized quote. Your planning fee includes full consultation, customized itinerary design, booking management, and ongoing support from start to finish.
